I seem to be doing my regular, occasional writing with Zeteo, a writer’s collective housed in NYC, whose roots were the CUNY graduate creative writing department. Thoreau shows up in my posts from time to time (as one would expect). Here’s the link: http://zeteojournal.com/category/a-week-of-reading/ed-mooney/
In other news, my Thoreau book will be out in October and I have a front and back cover. I’ve tried to insert it here for your viewing but have failed. If I succeed later, I’ll pass it on. Meanwhile, my latest reading is Thoreau’s Faith in a Seed — unpublished in his lifetime, and his last writing. My guess is that faith in nature replenishing herself (seeding the future) is what gets Thoreau through the downsides — diminishment and death.
